MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
Our qualified engineers service and maintain every type of wheel wash system, not just our own. Covering every corner of the UK, our service vehicles carry a wide range of equipment and spare parts for quick response and speedy system changes.

Our team can be on site for servicing or repairs anywhere in the UK within 24 hours of callout.
Yofil Ltd are able to provide regular inspection and maintenance programmes. These programmes are designed to suit the normal use of our Wheel Wash Systems but may be specifically tailored to accommodate individual site operational procedures.

Even if your wheel wash systems are not our own products, we are still able to offer our full maintenance program for your existing facility.

The benefit of taking up one of our maintenance programmes will remove the uncertainty of critical plant breakdown and allows the necessary steps to be taken to prevent costly down time.

Any completed service works undertaken will be noted on our maintenance inspection sheets. Each visit will be recorded and signed by Yofil Ltd and the client. Any minor works such as system adjustments will be completed FOC. Damage, worn parts or recommended items to be replaced would be quoted separately and forwarded for approval.

Frequency of visits per annum to be discussed and advised prior to any agreement commencing. Same day emergency call out within 8 hours and standard call out within 24 hours.

Should you need to relocate your wheel wash, we will decommission the wheel wash, transport it to its new location and install it ready for operation. We offer remote storage facilities to hold equipment until the new site is ready. Lift plans, risk assessments and method statements can all be provided.
BUY BACK SCHEME
Buy Back is a conscious sustainable choice. There’s no need to dispose of your equipment when you vacate the site.
When purchased systems reach end of life, or following three years’ use, we inspect it to assess its condition and supply you with a Buy Back quote.

We can also service and refurbish systems and return them to you for use under a new warranty. This can include re-painting, and replacing key parts such as pumps and control panels.
WATER RECYCLING
Environmental impact is our primary consideration. We aim for maximum cleaning with minimum water consumption.
All our systems are designed to be as water efficient as possible. We use a range of water recycling techniques from simple baffle/weir configurations to chemical dosing and lamella systems, which can be used together or individually. Recycling tanks are supplied with a baffle and weir separating system to collect silt and allow easy disposal. Tanks also have a water feed to a float valve to ensure they are always topped up.
Simple, Effective Dry Wheel Cleaning System
Our entry-level solution is a wheel wash system that requires no power or water supply. Ideal for low traffic, loam-based sites, the dry ramp system is designed using the same principles as a cattle grid. Also known as a rumble road, it’s a simple and effective way to keep contaminants off the public highway.
Our versatile dry ramp system consists of a robust set of raised angular surfaces. As vehicles drive up the entry ramp and over over the tracks, vibrations from the uneven surface shake off any debris collected on the tyres and chassis. The surface of the ramps force apart the tyre treads, loosening any compacted materials that may have built up.
The dry ramp wheel wash is available for hire or purchase with a buy back option.
