DRIVE THROUGH BATH
A non-powered vehicle wheel wash for wet, muddy sites
An Effective, Reliable Wet Wheel Wash Solution.
Ideal for heavy soiled and wet sites, the drive through bath offers performance without the need for power. The entry ramp takes the vehicle down and along an underwater ramp through the water bath, before mounting the exit ramp to drive out clean and fit for the highway.
The underwater grids angular form causes vibrations which shake off mud and contaminants from the tyres and chassis of commercial vehicles before they leave the site. It also helps open up the tyre tread pattern to to allow a bow wave or water to roll around the tyre and wash away mud and debris.
The drive through bath uses water, but does not need to be connected to a sustainable water supply once filled. It does not require access to power. Where space is at a premium, the drive through bath can be modified and set into the ground, removing the need for the entry/exit access ramps.
The drive through bath wheel wash is available for hire or purchase with a buy back option.

Delivery and Installation
We have our own transport and HIAB to deliver the drive through bath. Our engineers can install a complete system and have it up and running within 90 minutes of arriving on site. Our installation team will ensure the system is set up correctly to suit your specific site needs.
It comes with a 10-year structural warranty, tested at 44t road going heavy goods vehicles or 12t per axle.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Maintaining the drive through bath is quick and easy. The wet area is created in modular sections so the ramps can be lifted out for cleaning. We recommend using an excavator to scrape out the excess mud and silt and dispose of it safely.
After cleaning, the ramps can be moved back into position and the bath filled with clean water ready for use.
Every system undergoes rigorous health and safety checks and balances both during production and following delivery/installation. Should any problems arise during operation, our team of UK service engineers are available for callout under our maintenance contract.
All our non-powered wheel wash systems can be tailored to meet your unique requirements. We are happy to listen to your needs and make recommendations based on factors such as site location and number of vehicles passes per day.
