Our Safety-First On-Site Wash Platform
​The Yofil wash platform provides a dedicated area in which to safely jet wash vehicles, plant and machinery.
All oils, hydrocarbons, diesel, grease, grime and other contaminants washed away are safely contained for disposal.
Using easy-to-fit modular sections rated at 10t per m², we can create a wash platform of up to 24m² that’s suitable for washing heavy plant and track vehicles.As you wash, a perimeter gulley catches all water run-off. Side screens prevent splashes from reaching the surrounding area.
Anti-slip flooring and a grab rail on the entry ramp are installed for additional safety. Collected waste water and contaminants can then be disposed of in line with site regulations.The wash platform is available for hire or purchase with a buy back option.

Delivery and Installation
Quick to install and set up, our engineers can have the wash platform up and running within a couple of hours of arrival on site.
We have our own transport and HIAB so you don’t need to worry about delivery or offloading.
Our installation team will make sure the platform is located and set up correctly on site. It comes with the reassurance of a 10-year structural warranty.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Our standard wash platform is supplied with a drain point so you can attach your own settlement tank or tanker to collect and remove waste. We can also supply recycling tanks for discharge of contaminants. Each tank has a capacity of up to 24,000 litres. Please ask us for details.
Every platform undergoes rigorous health and safety checks and balances both during production and following delivery/installation. Should any problems arise during operation, our team of UK service engineers are available for callout under our maintenance contract.
