Simple, Effective Dry Wheel Cleaning System
Our entry-level solution is a wheel wash system that requires no power or water supply. Ideal for low traffic, loam-based sites, the dry ramp system is designed using the same principles as a cattle grid. Also known as a rumble road, it’s a simple and effective way to keep contaminants off the public highway.
Our versatile dry ramp system consists of a robust set of raised angular surfaces. As vehicles drive up the entry ramp and over over the tracks, vibrations from the uneven surface shake off any debris collected on the tyres and chassis. The surface of the ramps force apart the tyre treads, loosening any compacted materials that may have built up.
The dry ramp wheel wash is available for hire or purchase with a buy back option.

Delivery and Installation
The dry ramp system is quick and easy set up. We deliver using our own transport and HIAB. Craning into place and installation takes only an hour, with no need for an installation engineer.
It comes with a 10-year structural warranty, tested at 44t road going heavy goods vehicles or 12t per axle.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The dry ramp system is low maintenance and cleaning is a simple process. Each modular section can be easily removed to allow collection and removal of dirt and debris below the ramps.
